Position Summary
The Territory Sales & Clinical Education Manager is responsible for driving implant sales growth while serving as the clinical and educational resource for dentists, specialists, DSOs, and laboratory partners throughout the assigned territory.
This position combines consultative sales, clinical education, and business development to grow Inosys Implant System, Orion Lab Services, and Creodent Digital Solutions. The successful candidate will develop new business relationships, support existing customers, coordinate educational programs, and expand laboratory and digital workflow adoption.
Success in this role requires a strong understanding of implant dentistry, digital workflows, treatment planning, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with dental professionals.
Primary Responsibilities
Implant Sales
- Develop new implant customers within the assigned territory.
- Grow existing implant accounts through consultative selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical consultations.
- Support customer case planning and treatment discussions.
- Assist doctors with implant selection and restorative workflows.
- Manage CRM activities and sales pipeline.
- Provide monthly sales forecasting.
- Attend regional and national meetings.
Clinical Education
Serve as the local education representative by:
- Coordinating continuing education programs.
- Recruiting doctors for Med-Dent EDU educational programs.
- Supporting hands-on workshops.
- Conducting lunch-and-learn presentations.
- Organizing study clubs.
- Assisting with live surgical demonstrations.
- Supporting new customer onboarding.
Laboratory Development
Develop Orion Lab Services throughout the territory by:
- Introducing digital laboratory services.
- Promoting screw-retained restorations.
- Increasing zirconia restorative sales.
- Expanding full-arch laboratory cases.
- Supporting digital scanning workflows.
- Building relationships with laboratories and restorative dentists.
Digital Equipment Sales
Promote digital technology including:
- Intraoral scanners
- Photogrammetry systems
- 3D printers
- Milling workflows
- Surgical guides
- Digital treatment planning
- Coordinate equipment demonstrations and implementation.

Compensation and Commission Breakdown
Competitive salary based on Experience
Commissions:
- Commission Plan-Implant Sales: 3–5% Commission Paid monthly.
- Orion Laboratory Services: Bridge Bonus Earn an additional. 2% Commission on all Orion laboratory sales generated within your territory.
- Digital Equipment Bonus: Receive 5% Commission on all digital equipment sales generated within your territory.
- Education Recruitment Bonus: Representative receives $250 Bonus for every doctor attending a Med-Dent EDU course that they recruited.

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Dental assisting, hygiene, laboratory, or implant experience
- Sales experience in dentistry or medical devices
- Strong presentation skills
- CRM proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel 50–70%
