What We’re Looking For
- A current (or soon-to-be) Massachusetts real estate license — scholarships available for pre-licensing courses.
- A self-starter mindset and strong desire for growth, and financial success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, coachable attitude and a strong work ethic.
