Key Responsibilities:
- Client Origination: Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, guiding them through the loan process.
- AI-Enhanced Efficiency: Utilize our cutting-edge AI software to quickly identify suitable loan products, answer complex questions, and streamline application workflows.
- Product Expertise: Become proficient in presenting our diverse range of loan products, including specialized NON-QM options like DSCR, Fix & Flip, and New Construction.
- Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service, building trust and fostering long-term relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
- Compliance: Ensure all loan activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

- NMLS license preferred for future growth, but NOT required to start.

Requirements
- Active NMLS license in one of the listed states preferred
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills

Compensation
- Commission Only (1099 role)
