Director Operations - Bartow Regional Medical Center Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Hospital President in the smooth and efficient operation of Bartow Regional Medical Center.
Responsible for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations while providing oversight for the development of high-quality, cost effective, compassionate care.
Expected to act in the absence of the Hospital President and exercise management responsibility over the hospital ensuring efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, team members and the community.
Director of Operations is responsible for non-clinical support areas and assigned clinical areas.
Direct responsibility for Imaging, Rehab/Neuro/EEG, Respiratory, Food (contract), EVS (contract).
Administrative responsibilities include taking administrative call.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years of formal healthcare operations management experience

Required Education:

Required: Bachelors Degree - Related Field
