Dietary Aides

Job Summary:

Premier Genesee, a 160-bed facility located in Batavia, New York, is seeking responsible and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our dynamic team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional dietary care and support. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Dietary Aides Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning duties in our dietary department
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
Assist with menu planning, resident meal service, and special diets
Prepare and deliver resident trays, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
Restock supplies and maintain an organized kitchen environment
Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure seamless meal service
Perform tasks as assigned by dietary management and other staff members

Dietary Aides Requirements:

Prior experience in a dietary or food service setting (training provided)
Ability to lift and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
