Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and enjoys providing exceptional customer support. As an Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office, managing administrative tasks, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Your proactive attitude and strong computer literacy will contribute significantly to our efficient workflow and positive workplace atmosphere.

Duties

Handling phones, directing calls accurately and efficiently to appropriate personnel
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all communications.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to support office financial processes
Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions
Provide excellent customer service through prompt responses to inquiries via phone or email, supporting both internal teams and external clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs, and data entry platforms.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting.
Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing files effectively
Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
