B & W Towing is looking for to hire one or two individuals for this role.

Job description

Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service & shop department.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments to meet customer needs.
- Assign work orders to service technicians and monitor progress.

- Ordering Parts as needed from suppliers.**** EXPERIENCE IN THIS A MUST ******
- Provide guidance and support to service technicians as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive service

Requirements

- Proven experience in automotive service management & Knowlege of parts.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures for diesel and automotive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to transmit technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in using computer software for service writing and recordkeeping. Also diagnostic computers for repair.
