Prior experience in administrative roles with billing responsibilities
Post high school vocational or specialized training preferred
Proficient in office administrative procedures and standard office equipment
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software

What You Will Do:
Provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services to ensure the smooth operation of departmental activities. Supervise other administrative staff and oversee billing operations to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Provide administrative support to physicians and staff to maintain daily operational continuity
Oversee and coordinate clerical functions to ensure timely and accurate completion of responsibilities
Monitor and manage departmental supplies, equipment, and records systems
Supervise and evaluate clerical staff, delegate tasks, and ensure workflow accuracy and efficiency
Execute timekeeping functions, entering and editing time records using Kronos in line with policies
Produce complex documents and reports using standard office software, maintaining high levels of accuracy
Record meeting minutes and draft agendas as needed
Support departmental goals and daily operations, collaborating with leadership to enhance service delivery
Perform additional duties as assigned
