Full-Time or Part-Time Available | 15–40 Hours Per Week | Year-Round

Ariel Home Services is a locally owned cleaning company serving Crow Wing County. Our mission is simple: make life easier for our clients by creating clean, comfortable spaces they love coming home to.

We clean residential homes, short-term rentals, and commercial spaces, and we take pride in the small details that make a big difference.

What You'll Do

Perform recurring residential cleanings including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean commercial spaces as assigned
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain consistent quality
Communicate with the team regarding schedules, updates, and property needs
Manage your time effectively to complete each job within the expected timeframe
Ensure every space meets Ariel Home Services' high standards
Treat clients' homes and spaces with care and respect

Starting at $18/hour

Drive time between jobs is paid at $15/hour
You're compensated for your time traveling between client locations

Requirements

Cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation to job locations within Crow Wing County
Smartphone required for scheduling, communication, and digital cleaning checklists
Strong time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Positive attitude and professional behavior with clients
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Availability for flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends
