Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed
Provide general administrative support including typing, copying, faxing, and managing office supplies

Skills

Proven experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist with excellent organizational skills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic financial records
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to support clients and team members courteously and efficiently
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
