We are seeking a Business Development Manager, National Accounts to grow a lubricant additive portfolio across large, strategic accounts throughout the U.S. This position is open due to the planned retirement of a successful incumbent and offers the opportunity to step into an established book of business while driving its next phase of growth through both account expansion and new customer development.

The position offers a $120K-$140K base salary plus uncapped, accelerated commission, with $300K+ cash compensation potential for an exceptional top performer. Additional benefits include a company SUV, profit sharing, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits. This is a remote, home-office opportunity with approximately 50% national travel.
