Full Job Description

Description:

We are a corrective care–focused chiropractic office seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor who is passionate about delivering long-term results, educating patients, and building meaningful relationships both inside the clinic and within the community. This role is ideal for a doctor who values structure, accountability, and growth—clinically and professionally.

Requirements:

Clinical Care

Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations, including posture analysis, ROM, orthopedic and neurological exams
Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic findings as permitted by state law
Develop and deliver individualized corrective care plans focused on structural correction and functional improvement
Perform high-quality chiropractic adjustments and corrective techniques
Conduct regular re-exams to track progress and modify care plans as needed

Corrective & Rehabilitative Care

Prescribe and oversee corrective exercises and home care recommendations
Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, lifestyle factors, and spinal health
Reinforce patient compliance to support long-term outcomes

Patient Education & Communication

Clearly explain exam findings, care plans, expectations, and progress
Build strong doctor–patient relationships grounded in trust and professionalism
Address patient questions and concerns with confidence and compassion

Community Engagement & Relationship Building

Actively build and maintain relationships within the local community
Participate in community events, workshops, screenings, and outreach opportunities
Develop referral relationships with local businesses, schools, gyms, churches, and healthcare providers as appropriate
Represent the clinic professionally and positively in all community interactions

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Ensure records meet legal, ethical, and insurance standards
Participate in case reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Team Collaboration

Work closely with chiropractic assistants, rehab staff, and front office team
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education
Follow established office systems, protocols, and patient flow processes
