Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. Duties

Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest expectations
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize costs while maintaining freshness and quality
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen activities
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with meticulous attention to detail and timely execution
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and training in culinary techniques and safety procedures
Oversee shift management, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Experience

Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in high-quality food production and presentation
Extensive banquet experience managing large-scale catering events with attention to detail and efficiency
Supervisory experience leading diverse culinary teams in fast-paced settings
Strong knowledge of dietary department standards, food safety regulations, and inventory management practices
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen management, and food service operations within the hospitality or restaurant industry
Hands-on cooking skills complemented by leadership capabilities in restaurant or hospitality settings
Familiarity with food handling procedures, inventory control systems, and catering logistics
