Our three light-filled treatment rooms—one featuring a red light panel—offer stunning views and a serene atmosphere for both practitioners and clients. Alchemy was thoughtfully designed to support both guests and practitioners, with front desk support, private showers, and a beautiful, calming environment that enhances every visit.

Position Overview
Alchemy is seeking talented and holistic Massage Therapists / Bodywork Practitioners to join our team on Main Street in Beacon, NY.
Our ideal candidates are warm, professional, and highly skilled in foundational massage techniques, with openness to or experience with additional modalities. We are also open to welcoming recent graduates who are excited to grow within a supportive wellness environment.
Practitioners should be passionate about holistic wellness, committed to providing exceptional care, and interested in being part of a collaborative team as Alchemy continues to expand.
We are ideally seeking therapists who can commit to consistent shifts of either:
- 9:00am – 2:00pm
- 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Compensation is highly competitive within the Hudson Valley and includes guaranteed base pay for longer shifts, along with additional earning potential based on bookings and individual experience level.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork services
- Assess client needs and recommend personalized treatments
- Customize sessions based on each client’s goals, preferences, and contraindications
- Maintain a calm, welcoming, and professional treatment environment
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and ongoing self-care
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Collaborate with the broader Alchemy wellness team to create integrated healing experiences
- Adhere to all NY State licensing, hygiene, and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Massage Therapy License (required)
- Proficiency in foundational modalities such as Swedish and Deep Tissue. Additional modalities welcomed (e.g., myofascial work, facial massage, structural work, energy work, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and contraindications
- Ability to work during peak hours and commit to scheduled shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional presence

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time / Contract position
- Expected hours: 12-24 hours per week
- Shifts typically 9am–2pm or 1pm–7pm
- $90 – $130 per hour, depending on experience and services provided
- Guaranteed base pay for shifts of 6 hours or more
