Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food offerings to new heights. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, and inspiring your team to deliver memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop creative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs, including special dietary accommodations.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through efficient food management practices.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain rigorous sanitation standards across all kitchen areas.
Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to execute large-scale events seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service.
Implement training programs for staff on culinary techniques, food handling procedures, and hospitality best practices.
Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours while controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.

Experience

Proven experience in fine dining environments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management.
Extensive supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced settings.
Demonstrated expertise in banquet operations, catering services, and large-scale event execution.
Strong knowledge of dietary department procedures along with food safety standards such as HACCP or equivalent certifications.
Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, menu planning, and kitchen workflow optimization.
Background in hospitality or restaurant industries with a focus on food service management and culinary excellence.
