Overview
We seek a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and support.
Maintain organized records and files using Athena Health, Outlook, & OneDrive to perform administrative tasks.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Assist with billing inquiries and patient account management as needed.
Provide support as a medical receptionist, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Foster a positive atmosphere by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred.
Proficiency in Athena Health, Outlook, OneDrive, and general office software with ability to type at a proficient rate.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer support skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to maintain high standards of documentation.
Professional and Presentation Appearances are required as you will be the face of our company greeting patients.
