Sales Account Manager — Beaver Dam, WI

$70,000–$110,000+ Annual Earning Potential | Full-Time | Hybrid

UG Group Financial is expanding its sales team in the Beaver Dam, WI market and is looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and taking ownership of results.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who wants more than a transactional sales position. You’ll work directly with businesses and individuals, develop long-term client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and provide solutions designed around customer needs.

What You’ll Do

Manage and develop an assigned territory and client portfolio
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and clients
Prospect for new business and identify opportunities within your market
Conduct client meetings, needs assessments, and presentations
Develop customized solutions based on customer goals and needs
Follow up consistently to strengthen relationships and drive new business
Maintain accurate activity and account information
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Collaborate with leadership and internal resources to support customer retention and business growth
Continuously develop your sales, communication, and business-development skills

Ideal candidates will have:

2+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience preferred
A demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Strong communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
The ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A self-directed, goal-oriented approach to work
Professional confidence when working with business owners and decision-makers
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
