Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clerk to join our administrative team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help foster an efficient, welcoming environment where productivity thrives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise and contribute to a professional, fast-paced setting.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately
Handle filing, document proofreading, and record keeping to maintain organized office records
Assist with client communication and customer support by providing timely information and resolving inquiries efficiently
Utilize computer skills for various administrative tasks, including updating databases, preparing correspondence and compleating task for the customer.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains tidy and organized

Will train the right person.

Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new technical tools quickly
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
Effective phone communication skills with knowledge of state requirments for Drivers License and Registrations.
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
