About Us:
Molly’s Place is a rapidly growing outdoor sporting goods retailer with both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team and help support our finance and office operations.

Position Overview:
The Accounting Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the accounting department, ensuring accuracy in financial records and assisting with general administrative duties. Responsibilities include weekly payroll processing and credit card reconciliation, both of which require strict confidentiality and a high level of accuracy. This role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank deposits
Data Entry
Billing
Provide general administrative support
Directing phone calls for all organizations
Making guests and

Qualifications:

Experience in an office setting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time
