Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with precision to maintain organized records
Support office management tasks including supply ordering, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting administrative projects

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
Prior office experience or clerical experience is preferred to ensure smooth onboarding
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and office management practices
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; personal assistant experience is also valuable
Familiarity with bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
