Full Job Description

KG Investment Properties is a regional commercial real estate firm with locations in Washington, Oregon and California. We are seeking a full time Property Administrator for our Bellevue office. We offer competitive pay and benefits. This would be an hourly, non-exempt position.

The candidate would be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions on one of our office managed portfolios, as it relates to tenant and client needs, as well as vendor services. In addition, this candidate would handle office administrative duties. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual that has the following qualifications with a desire to grow with the company.

Job responsibilities may include:

Tenant Relations

Serve as primary point of contact for tenant service requests, coordinate service calls with building engineers, maintain tenant service logs, follow up with tenants on status of requests and maintenance items and coordinate meetings
Respond to tenant requests promptly and assist in answering tenant questions and resolving tenant concerns
Assist in cultivating positive tenant relations; help in planning events

Accounting/Financial

Prepare, issue and track all purchase orders
Code all property invoices for payment and get proper approvals. Verify accuracy on General Ledger vs. Budget
Maintain records and filing system

Insurance

Track and maintain certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants, ensuring compliance with leases and service contracts
Vendor Relations
Maintain filing system for vendors, including creating new files and filing all incoming paperwork
Assist in monitoring vendor contracts and performance

Qualifications and skills needed:

High School Diploma required, minimum two years of college or vocational education required
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personable, patient and polite to all stakeholders
Excellent organizational talent with great attention to detail
Professional, personable, punctual
An overall willingness to assist in other projects as they arise
Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks, with possibility of interruptions, and to reprioritize work on a regular basis, along with the flexibility to respond to changing needs and requests
Ability to meet deadlines with little or no supervision

This is a full-time position with the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.
