Full Job Description

Help Grow Thousands of Roses This Fall!

Every rose begins with a single cutting.

Join the team at Antique Rose Emporium and help grow the own-root roses that will bring beauty to gardens across the country. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Seasonal Rose Propagation Team during our fall propagation season.

No previous propagation experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Position Details

Seasonal employment (Late September–Mid November)
Approximately 4–8 weeks
20–40 hours per week
Consistent weekday schedule required
Choose one or both shifts:
- Morning: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
Hourly pay based on experience
Weekly Team Production Bonus Eligible
Opportunity for returning seasonal employment

What You'll Do

Prepare and trim rose cuttings
Stick cuttings into propagation trays
Help grow thousands of future rose plants
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Work with a supportive production team
