UW Health Northern Illinois seeks Orthopedic MD to join our orthopedic surgery team at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality treatment and embody our mission: "Through excellence in healthcare and compassionate service, we care for our community."
Practice Details
- Specialty specific intake and general call with a cohesive group of surgeons in a rapidly growing practice
- Call 1:5 (clinical)
- Built in referral base of 280 providers
- ED Call is once a week
- Division of UW Health
- Academic appointments available
- Competitive salary with RVU incentives
Education
License/Certifications
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
- Active Illinois medical license - Required
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
- Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
