As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll be part of that mission—walking alongside people as they reach their goals and live with choice and confidence.

$18.00+ per hour plus various shift differential
Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit

Partner with people to support daily living and community participation
Encourage skills that promote independence, self-advocacy, and inclusion
Provide support with routines, personal care, cooking, and activities that build confidence

What We’re Looking For:

Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
Team players ready to work flexible shifts and connect with people
Caregiving experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training!
Must meet insurance eligibility for driving OCCK vehicles
Availability to work at least one weekend and one overnight shift

One year working in the field of human services preferred.
