Client Experience Coordinator
The communication hub behind every successful event.
Pay: $52,000 to $65,000 per year
Some people answer phones and emails.
You help create unforgettable events.
Every wedding, corporate event, fundraiser, backyard celebration, and community gathering begins long before a truck leaves our warehouse.
It begins with a conversation.
A detail caught.
A question answered.
A problem prevented before anyone else even knew it existed.
That's where you come in.
At Central Event Rentals, this role is much more than customer service. You're one of the central communication hubs of our company. Every day you'll help clients, warehouse crews, delivery teams, planners, venues, vendors, and ownership stay aligned so every event has the best chance of running flawlessly.
When this role is done well, our clients feel confident. Our crews arrive prepared. Our warehouse knows exactly what to load. Small mistakes never become expensive problems.
You won't simply answer questions.
You'll create clarity.
If that sounds satisfying, keep reading.
Who We Are
At Central Event Rentals, we're a team of Kick-Ass Rental Experts living our Three S Promise:
Simple. Service. Success.
We believe incredible events don't happen by accident.
They happen because hundreds of small details are handled correctly.

- Every linen.
- Every timeline.

Our clients trust us with some of the biggest moments of their lives. Weddings. Company celebrations. Fundraisers. Family gatherings. We take that responsibility seriously.
As a team, we value people who:
- Take ownership.
- Communicate clearly.
- Follow through on what they say.
- Solve problems instead of creating them.

We work hard.

If you're looking for repetitive work where every day looks identical, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you enjoy momentum, teamwork, and finding satisfaction in helping hundreds of moving pieces come together successfully, you'll probably love it here.

- Communication is clear, timely, and proactive.

A Few Things You Should Know
The event industry is exciting.
It's also demanding.
Wedding season gets busy. Very busy.
During peak season, you'll often be coordinating dozens of active events simultaneously.
That means details matter.
One incorrect delivery address.
One missed linen count.
One forgotten venue requirement.
One missed email.
Those small mistakes can impact an entire event.
The right person enjoys that responsibility.
Not because it's stressful.
Because there's genuine satisfaction in bringing order to complexity.
This position is primarily office-based during normal business hours.
However, event schedules don't always fit neatly between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Occasionally, busy weekends, client needs, or important deadlines may require additional flexibility.
We believe successful events require teamwork.
Sometimes that means stepping in wherever you're needed.
Technology We Use
You'll regularly work with:
- Google Drive
- Google Sheets
- Google Calendar
- CRM and Rental Software
- Go High Level (GHL)
- WhatsApp for team communication
You don't need to know every system before your first day.
You do need to enjoy learning new technology and becoming confident using it.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
- Full-time, salaried position.
- On-the-job training.
- Opportunities for growth as our company continues to expand.
- A supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together.
- The opportunity to play a meaningful role in helping create thousands of unforgettable events throughout Central Oregon.
As Central Event Rentals continues to grow, we believe exceptional people should grow with it. We reward ownership, reliability, and people who consistently create value for our clients and team.
