We are building the team that takes it further, and we need a local Creator Production Lead in Holly Springs who is ready to own everything that happens behind the lens.

What You Will Do
You will own the production process from creating shot lists through shoot day execution, coordinating with the team so the founder walks in as talent and walks out with content ready to perform. That means managing shot lists and shoot day logistics before the camera ever rolls. On set you will film short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, ad hooks that run against real ad spend, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational videos. As you grow into the role you will have increasing ownership over how this brand looks and feels on camera. There is also opportunity to travel to events and document them firsthand.
Who This Is For
You have real video work you are proud of - social content, short films, brand videos, anything that proves you can tell a story through a lens. You are comfortable with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and have a solid grasp of lighting, audio, and composition. You think about shot coverage and how footage will cut together before you even hit record. You move fast, bring ideas to the shoot, and do not wait to be told what to do next. You may not have done this at scale yet but you have the instincts, the drive, and the hunger to grow into a role that reaches millions of people.
