Join Our Team as a Commercial Loan Officer

Are you looking to grow your career in commercial lending while making a real difference for local businesses? Bank of Little Rock is seeking a motivated Commercial Loan Officer to help serve the banking needs of small business owners throughout our community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a banker who is ready to expand their lending expertise, build meaningful client relationships, and learn all aspects of community banking. We're looking for someone who is relationship-focused and passionate about helping local businesses succeed.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage relationships with small business clients
Identify lending opportunities and recommend financial solutions
Analyze credit requests and assist with underwriting and portfolio management
Partner with customers to help them achieve their business goals
Participate in community and business development activities
Work closely with experienced lenders and bank leadership to gain exposure to commercial lending, credit, deposits, and other banking services

What We're Looking For

✅ 2-5 years of banking, credit, or lending experience

✅ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills

✅ Interest in commercial lending and small business banking

✅ Active involvement in the community or a desire to build local connections

✅ A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
