Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen and food service teams, ensuring smooth shift operations and high standards of hospitality.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency with fine dining expectations.
Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs.
Develop and implement menu plans that reflect culinary creativity while adhering to dietary restrictions and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and conduct regular staff training on hygiene practices.
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in service delivery.
