About the Role
Interlinked Wellness is seeking an experienced, proactive, and empathetic Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team.
This is a patient-facing role for a practitioner who already has meaningful experience in functional or integrative medicine and enjoys solving complex health problems.
APPLICATIONS WITHOUT FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
We are looking for someone who asks good questions, listens carefully, thinks critically, and takes ownership of providing an exceptional standard of patient care.
You will spend the majority of your workday consulting with patients, reviewing testing, developing personalized treatment plans, and managing patients over time.
The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with people and understands that patients dealing with chronic health concerns often need both strong clinical guidance and a practitioner who makes them feel heard and supported.
This is not an entry-level functional medicine position.
Candidates should already be comfortable interpreting functional testing and developing treatment plans.
We will provide extensive training on Interlinked Wellness's specific methodologies, clinical processes, systems, and approach to patient care.

We see a wide variety of people, typically women, with different backgrounds and varying health needs. Because of this, everything we do is customized for each individual.
Our mission is to help free women from chronic disease, persistent symptoms, and painful health problems so they can regain control of their health and quality of life.

- Mold-related illness
- MCAS

Depending on the needs of the patient, treatment plans may incorporate nutrition, lifestyle modifications, movement and exercise recommendations, supplements, peptides, GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and other appropriate clinical interventions.
Our Core Values
Unimpeachable Character
We operate with an unflinching level of honesty, integrity, and personal accountability. We expect our team members to make decisions and conduct themselves in a way that is beyond reproach.
Empathetic Healing
Patients deserve to feel heard, understood, respected, and cared for. We believe excellent clinical care requires both strong clinical judgment and genuine empathy for the person sitting on the other side of the appointment.
Commitment to Excellence
We hold ourselves to a high standard in patient care, communication, clinical decision-making, follow-through, and professional development. We continually look for ways to improve our knowledge, systems, and the quality of care we provide. We do not rest until we find & fix the root cause of our patient’s ailments.
