Embroidery Operator

Skyline Printing & Merchandise | Bentonville, Arkansas

Do you enjoy working with your hands, making things look great, and watching a blank garment turn into something people are excited to wear?

Skyline is looking for an Embroidery Operator to join our production team. You’ll help create hats, polos, jackets, bags, and other branded merchandise for businesses, schools, churches, events, and organizations throughout Northwest Arkansas and beyond.

No two days are exactly the same and you’ll probably never look at an embroidered polo the same way again.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate multi-head commercial embroidery machines
Hoop garments, hats, bags, and other products
Load designs and select the correct thread colors
Monitor jobs to ensure clean, consistent embroidery
Trim, finish, fold, and prepare completed items
Catch potential issues before they become expensive mistakes
Keep your work area, machines, thread, and supplies organized
Help the embroidery department stay on schedule
Jump in and help the broader production team when needed

Enjoy hands-on, repetitive work
Can stay focused while working at a steady pace
Are dependable and show up ready to work
Take direction well but do not need someone watching over you constantly
Stay calm when the machines, thread, or hats decide not to cooperate
Are willing to learn and improve

Commercial embroidery experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience in sewing, manufacturing, apparel production, screen printing, or another hands-on production environment is also a plus.

Job Details

Position: Full-time Embroidery Operator
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Pay: Based on experience ($16 - $22 / hr)
Occasional overtime may be available or required during busy seasons
