Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet high-quality standards.
Lead and manage a diverse culinary team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective shift management.
Oversee menu planning and food production processes to align with dietary requirements and customer preferences.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and health regulations across all kitchen activities.
Manage inventory control and food handling supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service.

Requirements

Proven experience in banquet service, catering, or fine dining environments with a focus on high standards.
Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong background in dietary department operations and food safety sanitizing procedures.
Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management techniques.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff.
Experience in inventory management, cost control, and food handling practices within the food industry.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.
Culinary experience including cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen organization.
Familiarity with managing shifts, controlling inventory, and maintaining compliance with health regulations.
