Position: FT - IT Enablement & Logistics Lead - $28.75hr - $30.75hr

Location: Bethlehem

Essential Functions of the IT Enablement & Logistics Lead:

Author and present trainings and "micro" trainings enhancing efficiency use of technology throughout the organization. These trainings will include both in person instruction and recorded a/v presentations
Provide direct support for onboarding staff delivering both IT NEO presentations and individual technology onboarding orientations
Manage vendor relationships and assist in effective procurement, linking vendors to opportunities to partner with VYH Advancement, negotiating pricing and vendor selection
Manage the inventory databases for agency cellular and endpoint devices, preparing monthly report out to Finance

Minimum Qualifications of the IT Enablement & Logistics Lead:

Associates degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, English or similar discipline
Ability to use office suite applications and familiarity with some desktop publishing or graphic design software eg Canva to create engaging publications and media

Physical Requirements for the IT Enablement & Logistics Lead:

Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
Able to climb in and out of vehicle multiple times per day
Able to walk up and down stairs as necessary
Reach with hands and arms and sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk, working on a computer | lift 30lbs repeatedly
