Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team and assist in our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a commercial kitchen, banquet services, and food handling. This position is a hands on, working all stations position that requires management of staff and inventory control.

Duties:

-Strong cooking experience
- Follow the direction of leadership
- Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner for service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Keep the cooking station clean and organized.
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets the restaurant’s quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Contribute ideas to improve the kitchen's efficiency and food quality.

Skills:
-Understand proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of key culinary techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and sometimes hot environment.
- Effectively communicate with fellow cooks, chefs, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
