The right candidate will:

Be motivated to learn and receive direction from experienced team members
Be enthusiastic about producing professional, high-quality work
Be able to work in various conditions, including high places, tight spaces, and outdoors
Be physically capable of climbing, balancing, squatting, kneeling, and crouching
Have basic working knowledge of hand and power tools
Follow all safety regulations and work safely at all times

We are willing to train and invest in the right person. This position could lead to a Sheet Metal Worker’s Apprenticeship, providing long-term career growth.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (Required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
Physical ability to lift/move objects (10-70 lbs.)
Strong work ethic & ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Team-oriented mindset & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligible to work in the United States
