Full Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office/Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. Other job duties include ordering supplies, filing, answering phone calls, and other day to day office activities.

Duties:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments

Experience:

-Must have experience 2 years current experience with QuickBooks (Desktop Version)
- Knowledge of payroll processing (QuickBooks)

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
