About the Opportunity

Just Tax Pros Virtual Assistants is growing our national team of experienced tax professionals and is looking for skilled Tax Preparers who are ready to provide accurate, professional, and reliable tax preparation services to our clients.

If you have tax preparation experience and enjoy working independently in a remote environment, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Prepare accurate individual and business tax returns

Review tax documents and client information for completeness and accuracy

Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax-related questions and documentation

Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information

Stay current with applicable federal and state tax requirements

Meet established quality and turnaround standards

Work independently while communicating effectively with the team

Requirements

2+ years of paid tax preparation experience

Active PTIN

Experience preparing individual and business tax returns

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong professional communication skills

Reliable internet connection and computer equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TaxSlayer or CrossLink

Knowledge of EFIN requirements and processes

Experience preparing returns for multiple states

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Experience working with virtual tax preparation teams
