In this role, you will be responsible for selling products to customers utilizing phone, email, and video conferencing. You will be responsible for understanding their needs to offer products that can help them achieve their personal goals. Your prior experience in the industry will help you provide an exceptional experience to our customers. If you are an active listener, quickly build rapport with customers, are motivated, and are invested in your growth and success, this may be the perfect position for you.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Insurance License: Willing to obtain Property, Casualty (license support available)
Insurance License: Willing to obtain Life and Health insurance licenses (license support available)
Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service is essential.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively.
Self-Motivated: Driven and goal-oriented individuals will excel.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Learning Attitude: Willingness to continuously learn about new products and services.
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales or similar environments is advantageous.
Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively for informed decision-making.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships and networks throughout the community
Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and understandably.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain ac
curate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
