Revive Integrative Health is an established, rapidly growing functional and integrative medicine practice with a successful flagship location in Glenview, Illinois. We are excited to expand into Shelby Township, Michigan, and are looking for an exceptional Doctor of Chiropractic to become a foundational member of our new clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chiropractor who wants to practice differently, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic illness rather than simply managing symptoms. We are looking for a provider who is passionate about functional medicine, patient education, and delivering personalized, evidence-informed care.

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Doctor of Chiropractic with at least two years of experience practicing functional medicine who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and is passionate about preventive and personalized healthcare.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys solving complex clinical cases, values collaboration, and believes in managing the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
An additional Naturopathic Medical Degree (ND) is highly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional medicine consultations
- Develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive laboratory testing and clinical findings
- Interpret advanced laboratory testing and diagnostic studies
- Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, and disease prevention
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including nutrition and clinical staff
- Maintain thorough documentation in our electronic medical record
- Continue expanding knowledge in functional and integrative medicine through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
- Michigan chiropractic license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of two years of functional medicine clinical experience
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Passion for preventative and root-cause medicine
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care
- Experience interpreting functional medicine laboratory testing
- Experience managing patients with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, hormone dysfunction, gastrointestinal disorders, and metabolic disease preferred
- Naturopathic Medical Degree (ND) strongly preferred
- Functional medicine certifications or advanced training (IFM, DABCI, APEX, or similar) are a plus

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
