TownePlace Suites located in Broken Arrow, OK has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Associate. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can work a mix of 7AM-3PM & 3PM-11PM shifts. The starting rate of pay is $15 per hour and must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a warm, professional environment. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty in a vibrant resort or hotel setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information.
Handle guest relations with care, ensuring their needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels efficiently.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and resort hospitality standards is a plus.
