Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising food production, managing inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols.
Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation techniques, food handling, and service excellence.
Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that highlight grilling specialties while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
Manage shift schedules, coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless food service, and ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent waste, control costs, and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients for all menu items.

Requirements

Proven experience in grilling techniques within a restaurant or catering environment, preferably with banquet or fine dining experience.
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of food production processes, inventory management, and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.
Familiarity with menu planning, shift management, and kitchen operations within the food industry.
Background in hospitality or restaurant management is highly desirable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
