Join Our Sweet & Salty Squad
We’re Legally Addictive Foods, makers of insanely delicious sweet and salty treats that are anything but ordinary. As our team and snack fans rapidly grow, we’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to jump in and help us keep the cookie craze going. This is a behind-the-scenes production role with no customer service, no retail counter, and no one asking to speak to your manager :) Just you, our awesome team, and a whole lot of cookie-making fun.

We’re currently hiring for our Cookie Packaging Team — the final hands (literally) that get our cookies retail-ready and out the door. You’ll be weighing and packing cookies into bags by hand with care and consistency. This is a routine, repetitive role that requires focus, good energy, and a strong attention to detail. If you find satisfaction in getting into a rhythm, staying busy, and working with a team that knows how to have fun while getting the job done, this could be the perfect fit.

All new hires start with a 30 to 60 day probationary period to ensure it’s a great match for both sides. After that, you’re officially part of the crew.

Responsibilities

Weigh and package cookies by hand with speed and accuracy, maintaining quality and presentation standards
Operate basic packaging equipment, including sealing and tape machines
Prepare baking trays with product to support the cookie production team
Seal bags, assemble boxes, pack case packs, and help build and wrap pallets for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized packaging area by following food safety and sanitation protocols
Restock supplies and assist with basic inventory organization
Support safe food handling practices and cleanliness throughout your shift

Requirements

No previous experience required — we’ll train you!
Enjoys working as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency
Able to maintain a quick and steady pace to help the team meet daily packaging goals
Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines and contribute to a clean work environment

Pay: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
