As our Framing Foreman, you'll have the autonomy to lead your team, solve complex challenges, and transform architectural vision into precision craftsmanship.
You'll lead framing operations from pre-construction through punch list, develop exceptional carpenters, and ensure every project reflects the quality and precision that define The Streeter Way.
What You'll Do
As Framing Foreman, you'll lead every aspect of our framing operations across multiple custom home and remodel projects.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing framing crews.
- Plan labor needs, schedules, and resources to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Perform and supervise advanced framing work according to architectural plans and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Architects, Designers, and trade partners to maintain schedule, quality, and design intent.
- Prepare framing estimates, manage change orders, and monitor labor budgets.
- Anticipate and solve field challenges while protecting the integrity of the design.
- Maintain organized, safe, and efficient jobsites that reflect Streeter's standards of professionalism.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional carpenters.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of residential framing experience, including leadership or foreman experience.
- Expert knowledge of residential framing methods, structural systems, and building codes.
- Confidence reading architectural plans, structural drawings, and shop drawings.
- Comfortable leveraging construction technology to improve communication, scheduling, documentation, and jobsite efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing labor, schedules, and multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and the ability to build trust with clients, teammates, and trade partners.
- A passion for craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
