Ready to take your precision machining career to the next level? Twin City Staffing is seeking an advanced CMM programmer to join a leading manufacturing team in the Fridley, MN area! This role focuses on high-level Hexagon CMM operation and PC-DMIS programming.

Location: Fridley, MN

Wage: $30.00 – $37.00/hr. | DOE

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Friday

Position Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the CMM programmer:

Program and operate Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS
Program and run OGP Vision Systems
Complete accurate inspection reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards
Conduct root cause analysis and product disposition
Assist with Gage R&R and machine validation

Requirements of the CMM programmer:

Advanced proficiency in programming Hexagon CMMs
Extensive experience with PC-DMIS software
Knowledge of vision system programming (OGP, Measure Mind, Zone 3, or Measure X)
Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
Background in a high-precision manufacturing environment
