Designer – Project Developer

Job Description

This position is a blend of Kitchen and Bath Design and office-based project management. The Project Coordinators' job is to assist in taking sold projects from the salesperson (the framework: contract, plan, and price sheet) and develop a buildable, detailed packet and schedule, coordinate and order the materials for a successful job. This will include drawing & editing floor plans in CAD software. An ideal candidate must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and have the skills necessary to manage multiple tasks at one time. Patience and strong communication skills are a must as you will be working closely with homeowners and our field project managers to help execute the homeowner’s vision.

Qualifications and Skills

· 20/20 and/or Chief Architecture Experience
· Strong Customer Service Skills
· 2-5 Years of Remodeling or Construction Background
· 2-5 Years of Remodeling Design and Sales Experience
· Background in Cabinetry, Kitchen, and Bathroom Design
· Self-Motivated
· Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks at Once
· Excellent Time Management Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Confidence to Communicate with Homeowners and Sub-Contractors
· Flexible Schedule to Accommodate Meetings with Homeowners
· Occasional Evening and Weekend Availability
· Forward Thinking
· Professional Demeanor
· Homeowner Material Selection Process
· Project Management
