Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office management software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in medical or dental reception are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer support
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and maintaining phone etiquette
Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Handle correspondence, proofread documents, and assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying and faxing
Support office management activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Assist with office organization, including filing systems and document management
Provide support for administrative projects and perform general clerical duties as needed
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist is advantageous but not required
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly
Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers
