We are looking for an addition to our growing team to assist with bookkeeping reporting directly to the accounting team. We are a small family-owned remodeling company specializing in excellent customer service and workmanship. Voted the Reader's Choice 1st place Contractor/Remodeler, Home Painter and Interior Design, we offer the opportunity to learn and work with the best of Bloomington-Normal. What you will be working on:

Ensuring all job costs are associated with the correct project, ensuring all customers are billed fairly.
Enter and paying bills. Everyone loves getting paid!
Creating and completing customer invoices so that the company can receive timely payments.
Preparing signed contracts for bookkeeping purposes.
Company development and growth in the accounting department. We are always open to new perspectives and ideas!
