Position Overview
York Public Adjusting is seeking an experienced Construction Production Manager to oversee commercial and residential restoration projects from production through completion. This individual will take full ownership of project production by coordinating materials, permits, subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of roofing and exterior systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Manage all phases of commercial and residential construction and restoration projects.
Take ownership of project production from start to final completion.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment.
Pull permits and coordinate required inspections with local municipalities.
Order roofing, siding, and exterior materials accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate production schedules to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
Perform job site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the construction process.
Work closely with Public Adjusters, sales, office staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company standards.
Resolve production issues quickly while maintaining excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate project documentation, job photos, change orders, and production records.
Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction prior to project closeout.
Promote and enforce a safe working environment on every job site.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of Construction Production Management experience required.
Experience managing both commercial and residential construction projects.
Working knowledge of roofing systems including:
Experience ordering and managing siding materials including:
- Vinyl Siding
- James Hardie® Fiber Cement Siding
- LP® SmartSide® Engineered Wood Siding
Experience pulling permits.
Experience managing subcontractors and production schedules.
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and quality control.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as AccuLynx, CompanyCam, or similar.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in insurance restoration or storm damage reconstruction.
Knowledge of insurance claim supplements and reconstruction processes.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
