Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and furniture in pristine condition.
- Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to ensure safety.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly dusting surfaces, cleaning windows, and caring for flooring through detailed floor care routines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure proper janitorial practices are followed for sanitation purposes and uphold health regulations in residential environments.
- Conduct outdoor work when necessary for patio or porch cleaning to enhance the overall appearance of the property.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces using various detergents and disinfectants; experience with carpet cleaning and floor care is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively; knowledge of commercial cleaning tools is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or projects.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, outdoor work, and extended periods of standing or walking.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments can be beneficial due to the emphasis on cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of outdoor work procedures related to property upkeep is desirable but not mandatory.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to handle physical labor (lifting up to 35 lbs, bending, standing for long periods of time)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
