We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Recreational Manager to join our team at the Ninja Warrior Amusement Park, where kids ages 5-12 come to unleash their inner ninja! In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of the park's operations, ensuring that young guests have a fun, safe, and unforgettable experience. You’ll lead a vibrant team, design kid-friendly recreational programs, and manage the flow of children and events to guarantee smooth operations. As the Recreational Manager, your main focus will be on creating a dynamic, safe, and supportive environment for children. This includes managing kids’ camp supervision, organizing transportation for school and event programs, and ensuring all activities are age-appropriate and safe for young adventurers. You’ll also collaborate with various teams to run special events, ensure timely and safe transportation for school groups, and coordinate all aspects of the park’s recreational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Ninja Warrior amusement park, ensuring that children (ages 5-12) have an exciting yet safe experience.
- Supervise kids’ camps, ensuring that all activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and run smoothly.
- Coordinate and manage transportation for school groups and special events, ensuring punctuality, safety, and comfort for all children.
- Design and organize kid-friendly recreational programs, contests, and themed events tailored to children’s interests and skill levels.
- Supervise and train a team of staff members to lead activities and ensure a safe, friendly, and supportive environment for young guests.
- Address guest concerns and provide exceptional customer service to children, parents, and guardians.
- Monitor activity areas and ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained, safe, and clean.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to create promotions and special events that will attract school groups, camps, and families with young children.
- Stay updated on child development, safety standards, and the latest trends in recreational activities for kids.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, especially in a recreational or camp environment, is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff members to engage with children and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children, parents, and staff.
- Knowledge of child safety protocols and standards in recreational settings.
- Passion for physical activity, adventure, and creating fun experiences for children.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate school groups and camps.
- A degree in recreation management, child development, or a related field is a plus.
