Environmental Services Floor Technician – Skilled Nursing
$16.00–$18.00/hour | Full-Time Days
Luther Oaks | Bloomington, IL

Luther Oaks is hiring an Environmental Services Floor Technician to support daily floor care and environmental services operations in our senior living community. This is a full-time, day-shift role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do:

Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining floors
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community
Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Support overall environmental services operations as needed
Contribute to resident comfort and well-being through high standards of cleanliness

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of floor care equipment, including stripping and waxing floors
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience
